Executive Snapshot
Deborah M. Jackson is a Board Certified Chaplain, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and 12-year Alzheimer’s family caregiver. She integrates lived caregiving experience with clinical training and spiritual depth to widen the lens on caregiver realities across communities. This unique trifecta equips her to translate private burdens into measurable systems of change — strengthening families, organizations, and public policy.
From the courts as a professional athlete to the corporate healthcare world and into the sacred space of caregiving, Deborah’s journey bridges three arenas rarely combined. A former biotech and surgical industry professional, her life changed profoundly when she became the full-time caregiver for her mother. That crucible, paired with advanced training in chaplaincy and counseling, forged her vocation as a trusted voice at the intersection of clinical care, faith, and advocacy.
Deborah now leads work that equips caregivers, clinicians, and faith leaders with frameworks that bring clarity to complex emotional and spiritual burdens. Her mission is rooted in strengthening systems of support and advancing psycho-spiritual literacy in ways that translate into practical tools, measurable outcomes, and greater resilience for those who care for others.
