A New Audio Reflection: A Slow IV Drip

Over ten years, I wrote letters and recorded reflections as I embraced this journey of taking care of my mother. It was hard, confusing, sacrificial, meaningful, traumatic, and transformative all at the same time.

This reflection is a post-reflective moment as I looked back to process how this aspect of my journey looked in hindsight.
For anyone on a similar journey or even a different journey you are processing, be encouraged to understand that there are many things in life we only come in closer proximity to perspective when on the other side. Give yourself time - be patient with yourself.
